On the 10th June 2024, Mr. Mahboob of Bradford, a member of the hospital development team visited Azad Kashmir and shortlisted this site for the Hospital Project.
The site is circa 38 Kanal (circa 4.75 acres) of green belt land close to Mangla Dam.
Due diligence and negotiations on acquisition of this land have begun and are being led by Mr. Mahboob.
